PTSA Board Introductions

           1st Tuesday of each month are the board meetings

           General meetings occur once in Fall, Winter and Spring

2022-2023 Events and Activities

           Fundraisers: 100 for Hosford, Dine Out, Huskey Huskle

           Student/Staff Support: PTA clothing closet, Student Aid, Staff Grants, Hosford Resiliency

           Activities: Social Hour, Monthly Staff Appreciation, Parent/Comm. Education, Field Days

Treasurer Report

           Bank Signers: Amber, Molly and Mary

Standing Rules

           Were read aloud. There was a motion to pass and another person second that motion.

Committees Introduction

Staff Appreciation, Staff Grants, Hosford Husky Huskle, Media and Hotsheet, Membership chair (Open), 8th grade Oaks Parks (Needs Leadership), 8th Grade Reception (Needs Leadership from 7th grade parents), Grounds Committee and HEAT are new

Hosford Beautification

           Added new line item to the budget to beautify Hosford. Any ideas welcome.

Budget Review

           Started At: $33,747

           Fundraisers: Huskey Hustle and 100 for Hosford

Expenses: Staff Appreciation, Department Funds, Hosford Resiliency Fund, Hosford Beautification Fund

           Ending Balance: $24, 319

           Budget was approved.

HEAT

           Needs help to coordinate program.

Green Space Enhancements

           Shade Lounge and Gather area

           To show our appreciation for the school.

           Maybe there is a class where kids can design signs?
